Building Relationships – the Key to Your Personal Success
Successful people have the ability to develop relationships that last.

I always think of persons and individuals who meet with success in their space and one quality of all those person thrills me is their "Personal Relationship" with the Guy's they are working with. I have live two professional life till date i am teacher by profession when i started my career and now when i am a software professional i always think that life is all about relationship's and maintaining that is a big challenge and one should know the art of making relationship's and continuing with them.

I have seen many professional across the industry and i conclude that some credit of success of all those professional goes to their "Personal Relationship".

Personal relationships are the fertile soil from which all advancement, all success, all achievement in real life grows.

Some tips to improve personal relationship:
  • Don't Panic , Practice Patience.
  • Expand your horizons by making new friends.
  • Improve your existing friendships
  • Observe successful relationships and emulate them.
  • Re-adjust your expectations to make them reasonable.
  • Stop blaming others for your problem.
PR's results in business enhancement almost all the deals are cracked when you have trust and confidence on the other one and one of the important pillar of Personal Relationship is "Trust".

Management Skills !!! Women are "Better"...

MANAGEMENT Traditionally implies Managing MEN Tactfully.

Women tend to use more democratic leader ship style they encourage Participation,share power & information Exchange & attempts to enhance followers self worth .
They prefer to lead through inclusion & rely on their Karizzma , Expertise , Context & interpersonal Skills to influence others.

On the other hand MEN are more likely to use a Directive Command & Control Style they rely on formal Authority of their managerial position for their influence base.

In today's organization flexibility ,team work, trust & information Sharing are replacing rigid structures , Competitive individualism , Control and secrecy the best Leaders Listen ,Motivates and provide support to their peoples in this aspect WOMEN score somewhat higher than MEN.

Studies shows that female leaders when rated by their Peers , Colleagues, Underlines and Bosses scores higher then their MAN counterparts on almost every imp Dimension of Leadership / Including Goal settings/Motivating other ?Fostering Communication/Producing High Quality work !!! More importantly LISTENING TO OTHERS!!!.

Women as home managers as well as at working status produce or rather exhibit several examples of management she is learned in following segment of management.
Finance Management: Even if income is constant Expenses are of variable nature normally but she manages a situation well by maintaining proper balance between saving & expenses

Keeping Indian social system in mind i would like to glorify this prospect of women V all will agree to the point that is only the women in our homes who can bond our family together. She knows how to manage between the sharing of love and care with her family members satisfying everybody VIZ husband, Parents, Children everyone in short
... She knows how to make a good position of her in society

With modernization of our society one more important role is added in women persona i.e as working women, She not only manages the work & work place but also she proves her self well verse in time management between office & home V will Have to Accept that she does it well...

Women are born with qualities and are GOD gifted

  • Judgment about others due to six sense.
  • Multiplicity of adopting different role.
  • Personal Dignity.
  • Good Leaders requires self recognition n female has cooperation/teamwork/leadership.
Women are not necessarily better managers than men; nor are men necessarily better than women. There are many reasons why women are capable of managing people better than a man can. This doesn't mean that women are better managers, though. Many managers (men) are lazy, complacent, and unaware. If the implication from the article is that women are better managers because more of them are attending college, it is sorely misguided. Certainly, tools for managing more effectively and efficiently are learned there; maybe even honed to some extent. This is true for men and women though. The notion and realization of better managers is based upon many things, including perspective, and there is much truth to this.
