Changes !!! Difficult to accept but required for growth...

A word which troubles every person on this planet... "Change"

Change is not a past nor a future... Change is present everyone who want to excel in life need to meet with Change sooner or later... A person who survive in Change is always a leader and front runner and can won any competition...

Most of us always stuck in first two phases of changes... A person who sail through remaining phases is a fighter and need a big hand of applause...
